How to Turn / Pivot a motorcycle
Easily pivot a 400-pound motorcycle. Here's how it's done... at night... in Waikiki.
I've had to turn & move the bike around numerous times, and this has helped tremendously.

sound good sounds good lol..na just playing hey bro how much do you weight cuz the 1300 is heavy as shit…props on lifting it I havnt tried to pivot the busa because I am scared of dropping it or laying it down ..and its not mine XD
freakanfrak- I did get a Hayabusa, and I was able to pivot the thing, believe it or not.
trantrum – I bought a Busa a few months ago, and I was able to manage to pivot the Busa, believe it or not.
lol get a real motorcycle.
cant say im going to try this lol
How can you lift a 400pounder?
Yes, it’s possible. Just lift the bike high enough so the two wheels don’t touch the ground. If you go way too high, the bike can fold. Be smart about it.
okay, Is there anyway that it could possibly fold the stand back and fall? In other words is there any possible way I could screw it up and damage the bike?
im gonna be nice here!!!
are u the fuckin ejit on about how ta rob a motorbike and the best techniques!!
man get off the fuckin road!!
if ur not im srry and i appologise
Awesome man. Never tried that lol
owned haha
excellent ! been riding for a lotta years and never knew
WOW REALLY AWESOME !!!!
wow, awesome.
nice bike man, thanks for the tip.
very useful. would have never thought of that.
that’s cool. I’ll try it.
kickstand was made to hold the whole weight of the bike no way its gonna break.
For people saying it will break your kickstand wft!! ive been doing this on my sp1 and if you do it right you dont have to tilt the bike much at all to get it round,my bike weighs 190kg but tht isnt the full weight on the stand.Anyway great vid 88hawaii!!
yes i think you are also right about sinking because my SZK Bandit250 actually sunk into assfault duaring day when it’s hot and at night when it got cooled off,the kick stand got stuck inside and I had to dig it out.
some larger(CC)bikes have center stand instead of kick stand so they always sit straight up but replica type bikes have kick stand and many people here place wood chips benieth the stand. they drain petro when parking the bike for long time, because it will rust the gasoline tank.
because heavier bikes, or tall/top heavy bikes sink into the dirt when its moist, or the pavement when its really hot. which can result into the bike falling on its side. i ride a vstrom 1000 and i have to do this almost all the time.
anyway
it’s a kickstand not a painted gold typ of thing..if it breaks..sucks…get a new one , carry on
Most of the weight is sitting on the tires in noramal stance not on the kickstand.
the weight that’s on the kickstand in normal stance is just a little less than the FULL weight. Because…the bike is tilted anyway on the kickstand and gravity does the rest. it IS nearly the whole weight of that bike on the kickstand in ANY case. If you tip it on it or not ..makes no difference…just make sure you don’t OVERtilt it on the kickstand…that could get hairy
