Getting a motorcycle license when I already have a car license in Malaysia?

I’m from Texas i had my car license for a year before i got the motorcycle license. all that changed is that instead of having a C under class it will have a CM. its just like getting a car license, they cut my old license and now i just have the one license good for cars and motorcycles
in malaysia, u can get a motorcycle license less than a month..
for the best motorcycle to buy, u can have 4 stroke motorcycle, which mean 114 cc – 130 cc, such as kriss, lagenda, ex5 honda and etc
